Looking for someone to install a permanent baby gate and also rehang a wooden kids shelf on a wall

I have a sliding gate but it’s now needing some service. When it reaches the end point it touches the clamp it needs be be in and stop there. I believe the channel which helps the grate straight has some play. Would like someone to give and fix it for me

PVC fencing and gate (where little paving walkway is) to be done on the carport from roller door to back fence, this is to keep my dog out, 4 foot tall should be enough as the carport slab is about a solid foot. The lock on this gate is faulty. Sometimes jams, sometimes key turns in lock without unlocking gate. Either repair or replace

The solid metal gate does not close or lock, as shown in the photos. It requires necessary adjustments, weldin g or removal of pieces

Brick pillar has crumbling mortar mostly towards bottom and also at base which I believe is concrete. Overall pillar has leaned in to an angle where it is no longer aligned with sliding gate. Need this removed and crumbling parts either removed and re-mortared or re-bricked whatever is more appropriate. top half still seems quite solid. I have approximately 100 spare bricks not in this pillar that can be used as required however this entire pillar would require more than that amount so probably can't do from scratch without re-using a fair bit from the pillar itself.
