Need our enclosure gate secured way more than it is. Dogs keep getting in.

I need the supporting beam of our side gate which is set into concrete cut at about 10cm off the ground to allow temporary removal of said gate to allow machinery to enter the side of the house. The rest of the gate is bolted into the walls and can be unsrewed. Once other works complete will need gate to be reinstalled, with support beam placed back with a metal plate and bolts.

Looking for an experienced handyman or fencing contractor to repair and realign a steel gate latch post. The post runs all the way to ground level and is currently fixed to the neighbouring property’s Hebel wall. The original installation appears to have been poorly secured, allowing the post to move. A previous repair involved shifting the post and drilling new mounting holes, but the gate is now misaligned and does not close or latch correctly. I am sure this is an easy job for someone with the right knowledge, we have a heavy gate with no gate post on the wall it needs to be latched to. The wall we can attach it to is rendered, with bricks behind. My son and I have stuffed around for ages trying to find the right drill bit, the right concrete screws, and so on, but it's not what we do, so we need a good tradie that will likely knock it off in an hour or so. I am setting the price as the turn up price, extra for your time. Its best to do it when my son is there, so after shcool time or on a weekend, you can set a suitable time with him.

Refer photos, we need a staircase built to allow our pedestrians to move from that corridor through to the top level, aligned with the concrete. The staircase should have a landing with a balustrade at the end. Leading up to the staircase, we would like a lockable security gate fitted within the corridor.
