We have one small roof area that has gutter draining issues which caused a leak during a recent storm, and a bathroom which started leaking from the exhaust fan. Both roof areas are corrugated iron. We have work scheduled for the damage caused internally but need to fix the roof first and need qualified experienced roof plumbers to do the work. I am aware that the cost of repairs will depend on assessment of the problem and that the quoted cost could be either lower or higher. UPDATE: insurance evaluation has advised that we need a box gutter to be installed.

Hello, Looking to replace 2 x gates as follows: 1. Driveway gate. Looking for a metal sliding gate. Approx 4 metres wide x 1.2m high. Undecided if it will be auto or manual, See pic for example. 2. Side gate between house & fence line. Thinking of double gates with metal frame and timber slats (so it can be painted), Approx 2.85 metres wide x 1.9m high. See pic for example. This job is optional - depending on skills. Current laserlight roof panels sit too close to the gutter. This makes it impossible to clean the gutters. Looking to weld together driveway gates made up from 2 sets (left and right) old wrought iron gates. picture show right hand side - will need to do the same for both left and right. need to weld top gate onto bottom gate (to make the one unit). Also need to weld on bottom side, 4 hinges, and two small metal tabs (show in picture). I will be able to assist. All metal has been pre-cut and ready to weld.
