the gate doesn't hold up and the latch and the dropstick come off the fence. there is not a deep enough hole for the dropstick, the fence is quite large and the small screws on the latch is not sufficient. i need this gate to be strengthened with a deeper hole drilled into concrete for the pin. steonger latch. the posts strengthened and the fence supported.

Planks are falling off gate frame , need to be screwed back on; and frame has dropped not allowing gate to close, I think it’s just needing tightening at the hinge - I’ve seen something like this on TV

The solid metal gate does not close or lock, as shown in the photos. It requires necessary adjustments, weldin g or removal of pieces

Brick pillar has crumbling mortar mostly towards bottom and also at base which I believe is concrete. Overall pillar has leaned in to an angle where it is no longer aligned with sliding gate. Need this removed and crumbling parts either removed and re-mortared or re-bricked whatever is more appropriate. top half still seems quite solid. I have approximately 100 spare bricks not in this pillar that can be used as required however this entire pillar would require more than that amount so probably can't do from scratch without re-using a fair bit from the pillar itself.
