Two leaks into the hot water unit that needs fixing. Assuming it gets cut out and re attached? One leak in gas line and one leak in water line going into the unit.

We have a gas cooktop in an external kitchen. The gas itself is working, but the built-in ignition is not working properly. At the moment, we have to use a separate gas lighter/igniter every time we want to light the cooktop. I have an older Blanco 4-burner gas cooktop in Camberwell. All 4 burners work normally when lit manually, and the flames appear normal. Disconnect gas cooktop from gas supply and disconnect copper pipe back to metre at front of house. Pipe goes over top of house, which is two storey, so you'll need a suitable ladder. Pipe to be cut into 1m lengths.

Disconnect, cap/seal, and remove an existing gas heater from a single-level house (see picture of the old brown unit). Unsure if flued or unflued. Gas supply must be safely isolated and compliant with relevant regulations. Disposal of the heater is not required (can be left on site). Easy access with power and water available on the property.
