Find an experienced gas fitter in Balaclava

Hi Michael, It’s an investment property in Balaclava/ delightful tenants working from home so access is easy. The first problem is gas oven/ gas stove top. It’s all working - one of the burners will only stay on a very low flame but the main issue is that ( apparently!!) the temperature of the oven is inconsistent and the tenant is a chef who bakes cakes (!!) and this is causing problems. The brand is LOFRA - I’d estimate 20 years old ( when the last renovation was done/ long before we bought it). The second job is that we’d like the old extendable clothesline in the backyard removed ( we’ve bought a new one). We called in to do it on Sunday but my husband found it difficult to remove ( muttering about needing a crowbar 🤷‍♀️) so hopefully you can do that too. If this task is appropriate I will get permission from tenant to share his number and you two can communicate directly to arrange times etc.

Our 'Heat & Glo' gas fireplace was removed and replaced during a recent renovation. It has been reconnected, but is not working properly (it tends to turn off automatically after just a few minutes). We need it commissioned by a plumber with a gas licence. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 16 May 2023

Our gas supply cut out last night in the bad weather. Not sure why it does, but it has happened before. Supply is back because the gas cooktop works, but can’t get the hot water working despite trying to reignite the hot water system. Unit is a Rinnai 16P. Offer is for the supply and install of a brand new copper gas line to a first floor apartment. 25mm main run. Run a new gas line from the gas meter to all appliances. Connect to all existing copper tails where practical. Clip and support the gas line appropriately. Upon completion carry out pressure retention test on gas line at 7KPA with no appliances connected. Individually re-connect each gas appliance and test to ensure no leaks on the appliance. Clean up all rubbish and debris from the site. PLEASE NOTE: The new gas line may require sections of copper pipe to be exposed on the external walls. Exposed copper may require Council or Owners Corporation approval. Gas was capped when removed oven/stove in June - need it connected to new gas top stove early December (first week). Photos show gas pipes and that stove is in roughly same spot

Only experience plumbers need to apply. We have a 4 burner BBQ installed into our outdoor kitchen bench. It needs to be connected to our natural gas. The gas pipe has already been run to the place and we already bought the conversion kit. We just need a certified plumber to connect the whole thing. Only experience plumbers need to apply. We have a little daughter and safety is a must.

A gas leak has been identified within our current line and would require a separate line which would lead directly to our apartment located on the top floor. A few points to note below: - the current line is fitted in the wall, as such we would require a totally separate and direct line from the ground to the top of the building - the gas line is for the kitchen and central heating unit - we are on the top floor of an old 60s building, it’s a flat roof with no manhole - given the nature of the work, we will only be accepting licensed fitters Welcome to quotes as well as ideas given the situation.
