Hi, I’m looking for someone to do a regular monthly clean of our townhouse and was wondering what you would charge. It’s a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse with a small backyard (around 25m² of lawn). There are no hedges or major gardening — just mowing the lawn and a general tidy-up of the garden. For the house, I’m looking for a proper thorough clean, including the bathrooms and toilets, kitchen and oven, carpets, dusting, cobwebs, floors and general cleaning. We have two young kids, so I’d like the bathrooms, kitchen and high-touch areas to be cleaned really well. Could you please let me know your price for this as a monthly clean, and roughly how long you would expect it to take? Also, what cleaning products do you use? In particular, do you use strong chemicals for the bathrooms or oven? With two young children, I’d prefer gentler/low-tox products where possible.
