Looking for an experienced gardener for a one-off spring garden tidy at a house in Malvern East on a ~750 sqm block. Work includes: * Thoroughly weed all garden beds — approximately 50 sqm in total * Weed/tidy side path and other paved/gravel areas * Light pruning and general garden tidy * Remove one small tree stump/trunk, approx. 10 cm diameter — I would like this dug out including the main root ball using a mattock/crowbar, not just cut off at ground level * Mulch garden beds after weeding — approximately 50 sqm * Rejuvenate approximately 120 sqm of Sir Walter buffalo lawn: * remove/treat winter grass and other weeds using buffalo-safe products * lightly aerate/spike compacted or thin areas * fertilise for spring growth * Remove all garden waste and leave areas tidy No mowing or lawn edging required. Photos attached show the garden and lawn condition. I expect approximately 8–10 hours of gardening work. Budget up to around $800 for labour. Happy to pay/reimburse reasonable agreed costs for mulch, fertiliser and lawn treatments separately. Please have your own gardening tools and ideally experience with buffalo lawn care.
