We need some gardening done on a monthly basis for a 600m2 house in Alphington. The gardening requirements are fairly staight forward (1) there are two small lawns at the front of the house and one at the back of the house that need mowing and edging (2) there are rose bushes at the front of the garden that need maintenance (3) there is some weeding that needs to be done along the drive way and out the back and (4) there are some other low maintenance plants throughout the front yard and the back yard that would need simple maintenance, weeding, etc. There is a green waste bin on site that would be sufficient for all waste generated, perhaps other than the first time which may or may not require additional green waste disposal facilities. It is a fairly easy job, a small low maintenance garden. The most labour intensive thing are the roses at the front - you will need to be experienced with managing roses. Other than the first time which may be slightly longer, I would estimate the work is absolute maximum 2 hours per session, looking for something monthly. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 13th Feb 2022
