We are looking for someone experienced with garden maintenance to weed and tidy the backyard of a residential property. The backyard currently has significant weed and grass growth throughout the garden/soil areas, as shown in the attached photo. Scope of works: * Remove weeds and unwanted grass throughout the backyard. * Pull weeds from the roots where reasonably possible rather than simply cutting them down. * Weed around the existing large tree and along the perimeter of the house and boundary walls. * Remove weeds growing close to the brickwork and pathways. * Rake and generally tidy the soil/garden areas once completed. * Collect all green waste generated from the works. * Remove and dispose of all green waste from the property. * Leave the backyard neat and presentable upon completion. * Provide before and after photos. No landscaping, paving or major garden redesign is required at this stage — this task is primarily to get the backyard thoroughly weeded and cleaned up. Medium sized yard needs to be trimmed/cut, weeds removed and dog poo removed. Please note there are pebbles so it’s unable to be mowed. Ideally you will be able to remove the green waste yourself.
