Our front paved courtyard (with garden bed) requires a clean-up, mostly weeding with a bit of pruning/trimming of a arge rosemary bush. A small job, estimated 3/3.25 hours: . Mow front lawn and nature strip - all flat/easy, about 120sqm . Remove odd weeds/rubbish from garden bed and nature strip (very minimal) . Check/clear roof gutters - single level/easy with 4m ladder . Prune Pittosporum hedge down to approx. 1800mm - need stepladder/secateurs/hedge clippers etc, hedge only about 3m long . Re set existing auto watering system/supply and fit new 9v battery in control box - only 5/10 mins, easy under phone direction . Test run of watering to check drippers/sprays all working, unblock/fix where needed (line only about 23m around garden bed - maybe 15 drippers/sprays) . Remove hedge waste/weeds/rubbish from site .

We have 5 James Stirling trees along the back fence in the back yard ( 1 up to 5 metres), that need to be trimmed on the top and sides in order to make them thicker and more hedge like. There are flats behind us, so the ultimate goal is to block them out.
