I believe it entails visiting, writing the specification for waterproofing work, sending out the tenders, reviewing tender responses and advises us on the risk with each offer, award the work, supervise the work or inspect the work at key stages, write up defects for the contractor to rectify, re check the work. Write us a letter to say all is good. Submit all documentation to NSW Government as required. Must be fully licenced and qualified to this whatever that licence is for waterproofing in strata buildings.
