I have 4 metal planter boxes on my balcony balustrade that need to be removed. Noting some screws (hex head) have rusted through and may be difficult to remove. Once off, the mounting holes need to be properly rust treated and filled with metal epoxy. The full balustrade then needs to be degreased, rust treated, sanded, primed and finished with white epoxy paint. Wooden boxes have rotted. Walls need to be rebuilt with second hand materials. About 15 boxes to be repaired. Walls are only about 50cm high and made with corrugated iron and secured to Corner posts. About 1 week’s work.

There are leaks coming through the ceiling in the bathroom. It could potentially be coming from a blockage in the upstairs balcony. There’s a planter box there where the builder didn’t put a drainage hole. I’m wondering if the build up is coming through there somehow. I’d like both the ceiling leaks and drainage in the planter box to be resolved please.

Looking for someone to replace a broken planter box at the rear of my garden. Quoted price is to include materials (new Redgum sleepers and posts, bolts) removal of existing timber, and labour (noting soil will need to be removed and then replaced). You will need your own tools. Space is approx 2.20m wide, 750cm deep and needs timber on three sides (unless you recommend timber at rear as well?). Box is currently 380cm high, so thinking 200mm x 750mm sleepers would be good. Photos of existing situation attached - for this one, I would like the timber along the front to extend all the way in front of the side timbers. Please provide proposed timber specs in your offer.
