Here is a photo of the backyard. There are two garden beds on the sides that just need to be tidied up and cut back where necessary. Anything growing over the fence from the neighbour’s side can be left as it is, as it was already like that when we moved in. The main job is to tidy the paved area by removing or cutting back the weeds and grass growing between the pavers. It doesn’t need to be done by hand, as long as the area looks clean and tidy afterwards. There is also a small side passage running alongside the house up to the street that needs the same treatment, including the weeds around the small steps and the second entrance. Need a mix of small tree/hedge/bush trimming on all vegetation close to the house. Some are getting very close to gutters/windows etc. Would also be open to some weeding, and gutter cleaning if on offer.
