Garden maintenance is required with general tidy up and clearing away of dirt and weeds. There are two courtyards with potted plants and a balcony (with no lawn). Cleaning up some of the potted plants to move, and sweep and clean all areas. Would need to remove debrief and dirt as well. Unfortunately do not have a green bin.
