There in no lawn as the ground is almost fully covered in white pebbles and basalt rocks. Rest of ground is covered in black mulch. There are 18 buxus balls with 60cm diameters, 8 recently planted advanced trees (baby gum, japanese maple, crepe myrtle, forest pansy), 5 loropetalum shrub and 5 star jasmine. Irrigation is in place and working. There are some decorative structures including a water feature. The fence is very short and the front gate is not locked i.e. always accessible. I need a gardener on a regular basis, who knows different plants and their care needs re watering, fertiliser, pruning. We want these plants to become established and grow well. The front yard looks really neat and nice and the idea is to maintain this look, keep areas clean of debris and leaves, and help plants become more advanced. There is no need for any immediate physical work right now. But you will be needed to come in every few weeks to do the necessary and ensure everything is right.
