Still looking for a hardwood floor installer. I am replacing the carpets in four bedrooms with hardwood flooring (not engineered). The wood is spotted gum 130mm x 19mm. The total floor area of the four bedrooms (including wardrobes) is approximately 60-65sqm. I already have the flooring and the glue. I do not have the nails but I can get or I can pay for whatever you buy. The hardwood is tongue and groove. We take ownership of the house in Gilston on 25 June and are looking to start installation ASAP so we can then start painting and move in. Require Mud room and hallway area approx 29sqm . Mudroom approximately 18sqm and hallway approximately 11sqm.Grind and polished concrete . Floor currently has laminate flooring but originally had tiles. All tiles have been removed. Laminate flooring and skirting will be removed and any grouting or patching will be done for you prior to you commencing . If the job is done well there will be other areas to do as well.
