I need 100sqm of floating floorboards removed from a property in Wahroonga and then transported to north Bondi and installed into a home there. The apartment in Bondi in only 80sqm so not all will be used (council pickup for leftovers is already booked do extras can be left outside). House in Bondi is 4 rooms and a hallway. Doors may need to be trimmed down as flooring is going on top of carpet and underlay. Bamboo flooring. Floating floor system, no glue, comes up very easily and ready to re lay. See photos.

Take up carpet of four bedrooms - in all bedrooms take up smooth edge and underlay, remove all tacks and stables from floor. cut carpet into manageable lengths. Around 60sqm in total. Also please help dispose carpet too.

We have a number of areas where our fitted carpets have formed ripples. The largest is about 2 metres long in the main bedroom. There are two in the hallway, both about a metre long. Finally there are three smaller ones, less than 30cm long. Two of them are close to internal doors and the other is in our study -the last one is probably not worth doing if it is going to be particularly expensive to fix.

2.5 years old carpet for the 4 bedrooms which are slightly damaged in some areas. I want to replace or repair or clean them. The bedrooms all together have around 48sqm. I have about 20sqm new carpet similar to the existing. I need someone to come and clean the carpet and replace/repair the parts that are not cleanable. The house is in Wahroonga .

I have hardwood planks on an outdoor table top that have some bows and warps. A manual planer will not suffice in in getting the planks straight. I think they need to be fed through a thicknesser to take off some of the old wood and level the planks out.

I am looking for a quote to replace or repair a few deck posts and a supporting beam that have signs of rot. See example pictures. The posts and beam needing repair / replacement are highlighted in red

I need a professional sander to sand flaky oil based paint from ornate skirting board in our hallway. Including getting into some of the grooves as the skirting board is old/ ornate. Started the job myself but finding it too hard without all equipment.

Removal of carpet and skirting boards from approximately 75 m² in Living Room, entry hall, two bedrooms, and small hallway. Cost will need to include laying down some of the carpet in the garage. The cost also needs to include the removal of remaining carpet and the skirting boards. The carpet is laid on a concrete slab nail and under insulation will also need to be removed. I believe the skirting boards will be glued intact on position.

Small section of carpet and underlay has been lifted and will need to be re-tacked. The area is approximately 60 cm of carpet which meets the tiles.
