Timber decking around the pool has become frail and unstable. Several boards are deteriorated, and at least one plank is loose and moves when stepped on, creating a safety hazard—especially in wet conditions. Job includes: Inspect deck Secure or replace loose/damaged boards. Tenant reported 3 timbers. I'm not sure about the size but I have attached a photo of the deck area. Having taken water out to clean it the timber has shrunk a tad, needs to be tightened to get back to non leaking, filter cleaned, and back to working order.

Hi there, Looking for an experienced flooring professional to repair and restore a small damaged section of timber floorboards in a 1-bedroom apartment. The damaged area is not large just a section that has worn through and needs blending back into the existing floor. Scope of works: • Repair worn / sanded-through sections • Colour match and blend with existing timber • Light sand where required (not full apartment) • Re-stain if needed • Apply clear coat / polyurethane for seamless finish The goal is to have the repaired area blend naturally so it looks uniform and professionally finished. I need to raise a down level in my backyard by adding a timber deck on piles

I’m looking for an experienced handyman, carpenter, or painter to refinish the timber base of an outdoor built-in sunbed and my vegetable garden. I have attached photos of current vs desired look. The timber is currently weathered and grey. I would like it lightly sanded and finished with a soft lime-wash or mineral wash so the wood grain still shows through. The end result should be a natural, warm stone/beige tone, not white, not glossy, and not painted solid. This is an aesthetic, design-led job, so experience with lime-wash, timber finishes, or architectural finishes is important. Scope of work: – Light sanding/prep of existing timber – Apply lime-wash or mineral wash finish (materials can be discussed) – Clean, even, matte finish with visible timber grain
