Pet has chewed through section of upstairs carpet. We have a fairly decent sized piece of replacement carpet so hoping this will suffice, but please refer to images. This area of our carpet has been replaced before. Located Taigum 4018 and free at most times for job completion. Thanks!

Hi, We are leaving our unit and moving tenants in for the first time, and realestate has asked that we get pet fumigation completed as we have had pets in the apartment. I assume carpet cleaning is also needed to ensure no pet hair remains. The unit is a single story, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with carpet only in the master bedroom. The ideal date for this would be either the 23rd or 24th of August - I’m not sure if we need to be out of the unit all day for the pest spray or only for a short period? I have click clack Vinyl Planks installed which have gaps Scope of work is 1) Fix gaps between the Vinyl Planks, replace some planks if they are damaged 2) Install Quad on the external of existing skirting 3) Install Transitions where the planks terminate at entry of other rooms 4) Spare Planks are available if required, Quad is available, Transitions are available. Power tools and Consumables will be yours. Quad Length Fixing is 27 to 28 m in length. Transition plates to be nailed down at 3 or 4 locations.
