Would like to install skirting boards to living area

We have a skirting board that needs to be sanded, stained and varnished. We also need them to be installed on the wall. The skirting boards are made of Jarrah Wood - so we are wanting to keep the material, there is currently nails in them, which will also need to be removed before sanding. Prefer an experience maintenance professional or a carpenter to complete this. The total length of the skirting board is around 20m.

Small section of skirting board needs to be replaced due to being chewed by puppy! Skirting will be provided but will need to be cut to size and adhered securely. Damaged skirting board will also need to be removed.

Skirting board to fixed around new wardrobes, between 5-10 meters in total. Skirting material will be provided adhesive and other consumables to be supplied by the installer. These are 82 X 19 mm and I could not get them anywhere (I have saved some which were ripped out before the work started) so will have to work without errors else we will run out of material.
