Need an experienced tradesperson to level existing floors and install laminate flooring in a 90 sqm house. Work includes floor leveling (self-levelling compound if required), surface preparation, laminate installation, and clean-up. Must have own tools and experience with laminate flooring.

Partner and I started when we moved in 6 months ago but separated. The living room needs tidying up, the hallway is not done and the edging on the skirting to go in. Some furniture will need to be moved into the bedroom.

Current house floor is entirely carpet. Need to replace the carpets in both bedroom to new ones and replace carpet in living area to laminate/hybrid flooring as feasible. Attaching floor plan. Looking to have it done asap. Looking for solutions who can supply and install flooring. Renovated the kitchen and got rid of the old tiles. Would like to install laminate flooring to match rest of the house flooring. I have the underlay, floorboards and skirting to supply. My flooring boards created gaps and need someone to replace the boards with new one and seal the edges with silicone seal. need I person inspection before job to fix route cause as I can see flooring level is abit irregular.
