The carpet in the corridor and living room needs to be removed and replaced with new laminate flooring. The kitchen currently has tiled flooring; the tiles do not need to be removed, but laminate flooring should be installed over them. The total area is approximately 30 sqm, with the kitchen accounting for around 6 sqm.

My flooring boards created gaps and need someone to replace the boards with new one and seal the edges with silicone seal. need I person inspection before job to fix route cause as I can see flooring level is abit irregular.
