Previous owner renovated the laundry area but did not measure properly to fit a washing machine, so they cut out some of the laminate to fit the washing machine. However, my washing machine is slightly bigger and does not fit and need to cut more of the laminate so the washing machine can slide in. Then the washing machine will need to be hooked up.

I need someone to lay laminate. I have done the prep work and have all the materials . Room is L shape with a bay window. Please bring looking for a quotes and fit asap

Include laminate, underlay, trims, door transitions and fixings. -Check whether the exposed subfloor is concrete or timber sheet, and tell me which underlay to buy. -I will buy the items at Bunnings Clyde North, 46S Hamersley Drive, Clyde North VIC 3978. -You collect the order from that Bunnings and bring it to the house. -Prepare the subfloor and install the laminate, underlay and trims. -Remove all offcuts and packaging, and clean the work areas afterwards. Rubbish removal and cleaning must be included in your quote. -The old flooring may already have been removed. If not,you will need to remove and dispose off the old flooring. Looking for someone experienced with flooring installation for a small room in Hawthorn. The room is approx. 250 × 267 cm. A remaining section of existing timber/laminate flooring, approx. 84 cm wide, needs to be removed first, then new laminate flooring installed across the entire room. Laminate has already been purchased and will be supplied. There is also a small under-stairs area, approx. 85 × 275 cm, that needs carpet installed. Photos attached.
