The carpet in the corridor and living room needs to be removed and replaced with new laminate flooring. The kitchen currently has tiled flooring; the tiles do not need to be removed, but laminate flooring should be installed over them. My flooring boards created gaps and need someone to replace the boards with new one and seal the edges with silicone seal. need I person inspection before job to fix route cause as I can see flooring level is abit irregular.
