Experienced floor sander to sand and seal hardwood floors in 3 bedrooms 2 lounges and kitchen of home following renovation

Sand and clear polish to floorboards as per floor plan attached. Total area highlighted in yellow requires sand and polish. Where I have added some blue lines is the area with wear and scratches the rest of the floor is in good condition. Floors are hardwood. House is empty of furniture and ready for the task.

We have an open riser staircase which is currently carpeted over hardwood. We would like to remove the carpet and finish the hardwood. Please see photos of the current staircase attached. Tasks are expected to involve: - Remove carpet, tack strips and staples (we can dispose) - Fill all holes with matching filler - Sand smooth (including removing existing paint on the sides, through sanding or any other method) - Apply hardwood floor finish It is noted that, at the back of the open riser steps, many staples were applied which are deep and appear to have been hit flush with the wood. Experienced decking carpenter required for one day's labour to replace approximately 16.5 m² of existing 135 mm Grey Box decking. I will supply timber and assist with demolition, cutting, carrying and installation. Existing subframe is sound. Need someone experienced in hardwood decking who can lead the job and ensure correct spacing, fixing and finishing.

Just to clarify, you will be assigned for this job on the same day when you confirm you will be here (don't want any cancellations). We have a 70m² brand new Marbou deck that we are preparing to paint in very bright colour that is already purchased from Haymes. Before painting, we need someone to fill the existing screw holes with Builder Bog. I can supply the filler if you want. The deck is located in Isaacs, ACT. Please provide your availability and a quote for the filling and sanding work. Painting will be a separate job.

I have 9 sq m of hardwood flooring that needs to be laid over new sub floor. It's 12mm tongue and groove hardwood. I have the new boards. I'm after a professional carpenter/ flooring installer.
