Need to replace 3-4 pieces of laminated floor boards in master bedroom. I have 6-7 spare boards of same colour. Property is vacant canbe access any time.

We are putting our house up for sale and need some help replacing with some damaged floorboards. And also stopping other floorboards squeaking in the hallway. There are some other odd jobs I'd love some help with. We can discuss if we meet up.

We removed the kitchen and tiles from the kitchen in my mums house, wasn't expecting the floorboards to look as decent as they did. Was hoping to get someone to sand and polish the boards in there to a similar colour to the rest of the house (rest of floorboards photos added for comparison). I know they won't match, but something close-ish would be great. There is also one length of floorboard that is missing that we'd need someone to replace prior to sanding on the far side in the kitchen photos. The kitchen measures 3180mm x 4100mm approx 13m2. I need to have wooden floor boards laid in a 5.4 x4.9m2 living room (see photo). These are click-in floor boards from Bunnings (already purchased).
