Hi, we have some decking boards that need to be reattached to the underneath of our balcony, 8 boards with another couple loose that are still attached. They're fixed with nails currently. The loose boards have rusted nails that will need to be removed, see photos.

3-4 floorboards to be replaced. Supply and install please. 2 are roughly 90cm long x 22cm wide (hallway) 2 are roughly 1700mm long x 22cm wide (kitchen) They're chipped or cracked. See colour in photos. If you can match as close as possible please. These are laminate boards. Happy for you to inspect first. Please note: you need to supply and install. We don't have spare boards.

Creaky floorboards. The creak is quite loud and seems to run along the length of the floor. Someone had previously inspected and said it might require some boards to be pulled up to look at it.

Got the carpet in my apartment replaced with floorboards and few months ago, unfortunately I couldn't afford a contractor, so found someone online to do it and they did a terrible job, floorboards are almost new but are falling apart.
