Details: Hybrid floating floorboards (click) Installed in 2021 I have matching spare planks A small area feels soft / springy underfoot Scope of work: Replace damaged boards (cut out or remove from wall (less than 1 meter from damaged plank) Lift the affected section as needed Check and fix underlay in the immediate area Reinstall boards so the floor is solid and level This is a localised repair, not a full floor replacement. Requirements Experience with floating floors and plank cut-out replacement Own tools Able to assess and fix minor underlay issues Tidy, careful work

3 Weatherboard panels (about 30cm each or less affected areas) to be partially repaired with new board and filler, then sanded. I will paint afterwards. The panels are on ground floor in front of house, see pics attached.

Hey Paul, you help me fixed the noisy flooboards in Fitzroy for $200 few months ago, by nailing them in. I have another section of house need similar work to silent the floorboard. Are you able to come by to fix again

have noisy old timber flooring throughout a large room need a handyman with those big nail gun to secure them to stop the creaking noise. Fitzroy location pls quote

A section of the floor was damaged by our cats. Wanting someone to remove the damaged floor boards, and install the replacement floorboards. The replacement floor boards have already been purchased as photographed. They are are the same type/size. The damaged section of the floor measures as 47cm wide and 157cm in length.
