Hi, we have some decking boards that need to be reattached to the underneath of our balcony, 8 boards with another couple loose that are still attached. They're fixed with nails currently. The loose boards have rusted nails that will need to be removed, see photos.

3-4 floorboards to be replaced. Supply and install please. 2 are roughly 90cm long x 22cm wide (hallway) 2 are roughly 1700mm long x 22cm wide (kitchen) They're chipped or cracked. See colour in photos. If you can match as close as possible please. These are laminate boards. Happy for you to inspect first. Please note: you need to supply and install. We don't have spare boards.

Creaky floorboards. The creak is quite loud and seems to run along the length of the floor. Someone had previously inspected and said it might require some boards to be pulled up to look at it.

Hi there, My neighbour had a leak which damaged my flooring. Water entered under my door into about 4-5 metres of my entrance. Flooring needs to be replaced and damaged skirting. I’ve had thermal images taken to somehow no further moisture damage. Having issues with neighbour org causing fix. Looking for independent quote. I do not have replacement boards. Will require close match to be sourced.

Part of the floorboard skirting got chipped, need help repairing.

We have an old house (1880s) with wooden floors on a sloping block. It's accessible but a bit quishy underneath. We have a modern wall bed in one of the front rooms. It is heavy, and the main point of pressure is not on a beam or joist, so we just want to reinforce the floor from under the house to prevent any flex in the floorboards. Hopefully, a straightforward task.
