I need someone to repair the floorboards for this apartment.

There are 2 chipped surface on the laminated floorboard I have 1–2 damaged floorboards that need to be replaced. I already have matching replacement boards/materials. I specifically want a local cut-out and replacement of the damaged boards, without dismantling the surrounding good flooring or removing boards from the wall. Please use a suitable cut-out / individual plank replacement technique where technically possible. I do not want the entire floor or a large section of good flooring dismantled just to access the damaged boards. Melbourne CBD apartment. Replacement boards supplied. Budget: $180 labour. There is a section of flooring in the living room that squeaks loudly when walked on. Floor is level, there is access via a manhole to subfloor but I wouldn’t know what I’m looking at. Front door also gets jammed needs to be lifted slightly

1 floorboard has risen (likely due to moisture or water) and we need it flattened/repaired as we are selling our home. Not looking to rip up floor, but just flatten it as much as possible.

Hey! Looking for someone to help fix our floorboards. We had stuck down rugs with rug tape and when we have taken it up the tape is really hard to remove. We tried to get it up with adhesive remover, but we think it’s damaged the varnish so have stopped. We would love some help to remove the sticky tape and make it look better before our move out. The floors are old anyway and have some sense of wear regardless, however we’d just like it to look better than it does now!! Thanks

Hi there, I am moving out of my apartment in St Kilda and need a small chip repaired on a floorboard so it passes my final rental inspection. The Problem: It’s a single deep gouge about the size of a fingernail (see attached photos). The dark core of the plank is exposed. The Goal: Fill and color-match the chip so it blends in seamlessly with the surrounding wood grain and matte finish. What you need to bring: You will need to supply your own color-matched repair materials (hard wax kit, laminate repair filler, or professional epoxy) to match the light oak/tan tone of the floorboards.
