I need floating floorboards installed in my apartment some time in the next two weeks. I have already found a supplier. Will also need old carpet removed and taken away.

Our washing machine leaked water under our floorboards. I need someone to pull up the damaged boards (<1m2) and replace them. Price is flexible as I am not certain how far the mould has spread. Although it currently looks to be contained to the boards directly next to the washing machine.

Need someone to re-sand polish and install new floorboards for a property in Brunswick. I’m getting it underpinned so have had to rip up the boards in the hallway. Looking to replace boards in hallway and re-sand and polish boards in the rest of the house. I believe it is Baltic pine

Floorboards installation, remove carpets

I require a square of floorboards to be sawn so that my engineer can see underneath into the subfloor. Ideally the square can then be put back in place afterwards - but not polished or anything as the floorboards will be ripped up permanently in 2 months

We have creaking floorboards in 2 small rooms in our home in northcote which we are prepping for sale. I believe this has been fixed previously by a carpenter doing some work in the crawl space under the house. The rooms have carpet which we are replacing in a month so no issues with lifting carpet if needed. (If this is the case we would need to delay work to after 4 march). We are not sure what is involved with this repair. Some advice would be helpful. Work would need to be done on a wednesday. Thank you
