Hi there, My neighbour had a leak which damaged my flooring. Water entered under my door into about 4-5 metres of my entrance. Flooring needs to be replaced and damaged skirting. I’ve had thermal images taken to somehow no further moisture damage. Having issues with neighbour org causing fix. Looking for independent quote. I do not have replacement boards. Will require close match to be sourced.

We have an old house (1880s) with wooden floors on a sloping block. It's accessible but a bit quishy underneath. We have a modern wall bed in one of the front rooms. It is heavy, and the main point of pressure is not on a beam or joist, so we just want to reinforce the floor from under the house to prevent any flex in the floorboards. Hopefully, a straightforward task.

Looking for someone to do a great job straight away (big chance of future work as well), sh.t happens in this industry. Customer will require a warranty once job si completed satisfactorily. There are 6 to 7 floorboards with the scratches/indentations in the photo's. Please in your reply, let me know how soon this can be done and an indication of how it will be done. We already have a few quotes, but I am looking for someone with an eye for future work as well.

Ripped up a small deck and this is the remnants. Hasn't been stained in 20+ years, so is probably fine for an outdoor fire or to be chucked on your bonfire. Or maybe there's some other use for it? I dunno...
