Looking for someone experienced with timber floor cosmetic repairs/touch-ups. There is a small discoloured/darkened patch on the floor that I would like improved or blended in as much as possible. No major structural damage — mainly looking for surface repair, stain treatment, colour matching or touch-up work. Please bring your own tools/materials if possible. Located in Sydney apartment. Flexible with timing. Happy to provide more photos/details. Previous similar repair experience preferred.

Hardwood Timber floor damage in 2 small areas in2 rooms

Vinyl floorboards are rising at the joints (about 4 floorboards affected - not widespread). No apparent water damage or moisture present, so it kind of looks like it needs to have adhesive reapplied? I'm looking for a specialist to fix it.

There a patch in front of my coolroom at my cafe where the floor has been repaired but the vinyl on top of that needs to be repaired. I do not have the vinyl. Anything similar in colour will do. It just has to look good for a landlord inspection. Right next to it there is a similar square patch that needs to be fixed as well.

Scratch across two floorboards created when moving furniture. I’ve filled it in with wood filler but the colour doesn’t match. Need someone to make it blend perfectly into the wood so I don’t loose my deposit!
