A section of floorboards near the bathroom is lifting and feels damp underneath. A couple of weeks ago, water was actually coming up through the joins in the floorboards when pressure was applied. The water is no longer coming through, but the area still feels damp and the boards are lifting/warping. I need a handyman or floor repair specialist to fix a minor scratch on a wooden floorboard caused by moving a bed. The property agent is satisfied with the overall move-out cleaning but has flagged this scratch. I need a cosmetic touch-up/fill/blend so that it looks acceptable and passes the final move-out check. I do NOT need the whole room or floor sanded or resurfaced. Please bring your own color-matched wax fillers, touch-up markers, or wood putty/finish. A section of my floating floor is damaged and I need it repaired ASAP. It's only about 8sq/m and I have all the replacement boards on site. I also need a couple of the stair nosing's replaced, which is simply cutting and gluing and the scotia putting back in place. We had to remove a tree that had grown too big for it's original gap through the deck. Now it's been removed, we need to patch the hole.

When offering please include your availability (date and time), quote for labour (and materials if you can supply suitable laminate).
