I need an experienced handyman or flooring professional to replace approximately 15 damaged floating floorboards. I already have the new boards, so this job is for installation only. What I’m looking for: • Proven experience with floating floorboards (click-lock or similar) • Ability to carefully remove old boards without damaging surrounding flooring • Proper tools and techniques to fit the new boards snugly • Clean and tidy work, leaving the area ready to use

There is creaking on my hybrid flooring in certain areas. Need someone to have a look at it and assess.

Hi just need to repair my timber floor in the doorway

I am getting alot of squeaky sound under the carpets at the moment and looks like the timber underneath needs some Glueing and nails to stabilise it due the age of the house. Also, the same thing with stairs aswell. I am looking for someone who can remove the current carpet, fix the squeaky sound and reinstall the same carpet. 3 bedrooms + Stairs

We need cracks repaired in our polished concrete terrazzo to blend in with surrounding in living area.

Should be something like stapling back carpet but instead, air stapling back this soft play floor area. Helping check and fix or replace the boards inside depending on the damage. If not bad, just stapling back this soft play together. If needed snd can do, then a big job of redoing the floor boards inside. Floor tiles The floor tiles in our back room have lifted. We have 20 lyno floor tiles that need removing scraped down and new ones added. these are self adhesive and very easy to install. Damaged skirting board The skirting boards have been damaged and need bogging and cleaning up hook in change room has fallen off. We need to have this patched and painted (paint provided) and then reinstalled

Fix sagging floating floor board (tongue and groove). The floor board requires some small support structure underneath to make sure it does not sag.

- 2 sections of floor boards have had water damage, approx 25cm wide x 90cm long on size - Water damaged from foam overflowing from washing machine, the laminate floor board is now buckled - There are 2 full sized spare floorboards already on hand, to use for the replacement - but you might just need 1 of them.

One of my kitchen floor board ( engineered clip-on) has cracked. Need to be replaced. I have the replacement with me.

I have to replace my dishwasher. However a laminate flooring was done on top of original tile flooring. And the old dishwasher won't come out, because the height of new flooring is slightly blocking it. - Remove 3 panels of laminate without damaging it Come back on another day (maybe 2 weeks later, after i have my new dishwasher delivered) to install the panel back No hurry on timings. Flexible.

I require some small areas of carpet in my apartment to be repaired. I have spare carpet to be used for the repairs. Please see photos attached for reference.
