Looking for someone experienced with timber floor repairs to attend a bedroom in Rose Bay and quote/repair a small damaged section of floorboard. It looks like it may need sanding back, staining/polishing and blending with the surrounding boards.

There are marks on the laminate floor.

My deck is being rebuilt, but i need the existing steel frame clean and treated for rust. It doesn't need to be perfect, as the new deck will have wooden joists bolted onto the existing steal frame, so any exisiting rust just needs to be cleaned and prevent new rust from developing further. There are 22 steal joilsts, 4 metres long. Once the wooden deck is pulled up we'll know better how much cleaning and rust proofing will need to happen, so best to do rough quote, then a better quote once it's revealed. I suspect less than half the frame will need much done at all, maybe a rust paint. some will need a solid brush/sand, maybe a little grind in parts. It doesn't even need to be completely flush as the new wooden joilts will sit higher than existing frame, so literally just to prevent new rust forming. Work can be done anytime, without owner being home - can go around side. Needs to be completed before 3 august though. Floating floor boards lifting up. I think they don’t leave enough room for expansion. In front of bedroom door, stopping door from closing. Just need to adjust so they lie flat. Cost to include materials and labour.

Need someone to repair a failed patch in an old timber floor in a bedroom. A fireplace was removed previously and the area near the wall was patched, but the current piece appears to be soft timber and has shifted/sunk, leaving a gap. I’d like the existing patch removed and replaced with a proper solid timber floorboard or suitable timber infill, fitted neatly and securely. Hi all ! I’m looking for someone to repair some damage to the laminate flooring in my rental apartment. A metal bed frame scratched the floor and peeled off the surface. From what I can tell, the damage is only on one floorboard (one plank), but I’m not sure if it can actually be repaired or if just that single plank can be replaced. I have a small upstairs timber balcony/deck that has several loose boards and areas of timber rot/deterioration. One section has visible holes, cracking and timber damage (see photos). We had to remove a tree that had grown too big for it's original gap through the deck. Now it's been removed, we need to patch the hole.
