I have tongue & groove hybrid flooring which is damaged - small areas are lifting and the top laminate appears to be splitting. The floor was installed 2-3 years ago. Photos attached, but I don’t think they’re very clear. I have spare boards

I have a small upstairs timber balcony/deck that has several loose boards and areas of timber rot/deterioration. One section has visible holes, cracking and timber damage (see photos). I would like an experienced carpenter, deck builder or handyman to: • Inspect the damaged decking boards and supporting structure underneath • Assess whether the issue can be repaired or if boards need replacing • Provide a quote for repair works • Complete repairs if suitable The deck is located on the upper level of a house and access is available. We had to remove a tree that had grown too big for it's original gap through the deck. Now it's been removed, we need to patch the hole.

Repairing the damaged part of my backyard decking, and then reconditioning the whole area to look smooth. The wider area is roughly 12x4 meters.
