I’m looking for someone experienced in flooring repairs to repair several small sections of missing flooring in my apartment. Old cabinetry was taken out, leaving gaps/holes. I believe it may be click-lock laminate, but I’m not certain. I’m looking for the most practical and tidy solution. The repair doesn’t need to be a perfect as most of the area will be covered by new cabinetry and appliances—I mainly want the floor to be level, secure and professionally finished. Please provide a quote based on the photos. An inspection is also welcome if needed.

My elderly parents need a floor in one bedroom repaired as it’s sunk in a corner. The house is very old. They want a quick fix. They also want new hybrid vinyl flooring and there’s another bit that’s alittle loose in the hall way that will need a repair. Scope of works: - Remove and replace approximately 2–4 damaged bamboo floorboards. - We have the original matching spare floorboards available, so no flooring materials need to be supplied. - Ensure the replacement boards are installed neatly and blend with the existing floor. I have a small upstairs timber balcony/deck that has several loose boards and areas of timber rot/deterioration. One section has visible holes, cracking and timber damage (see photos). We had to remove a tree that had grown too big for it's original gap through the deck. Now it's been removed, we need to patch the hole.
