Need to replace timber floorboards

Decking needs attention Mist of the flooring and supports have rotted. I need someone reliable that will turn up and quote the job and start asap. You can basically stand under most of the deck and reach it. I also want a roof put on it.

Laminate flooring, sagging near hallway, approximately 1 square meter.

Need weld on vinyl floor fixed or re done. A fe areas have the weld broke off and came undone due to age need it re done l. Pic is only of one area. There are multiple areas. Budget can be discussed to be adjusted once site has been inspected
