Find an experienced floor repair pro in NSW

Our floorboard appears to have been scratched, perhaps from the bottom of an office chair. Looking to see if this can be fixed with a Laminate floor repair kit without replacing the full floorboard

Scratches and marks on the floors need to be repaired/buffed out. Whatever is necessary, one is located down stairs at the location and one is upstairs.

The deck floorboards need to be removed to add some joist where to fix the umbrella. The umbrella to go next to the white pole where the plant pot is on the picture

I need a small deck, really a landing area off a set of external stairs to be repaired. Many of the deck boards are spongy/water logged. It’s possible that they can be replaced but I suspect the whole land area should be replaced. Estimate is 4 meters by 2 meters, total size of deck is 7 square meters

Looking for commercial handyman who can reglue this flooring in my shop. Also sealant to prevent water going under it. Happy to get ideas and quotes but not super pricy as not a big area.

I have a small upstairs timber balcony/deck that has several loose boards and areas of timber rot/deterioration. One section has visible holes, cracking and timber damage (see photos). We had to remove a tree that had grown too big for it's original gap through the deck. Now it's been removed, we need to patch the hole.

When offering please include your availability (date and time), quote for labour (and materials if you can supply suitable laminate). Repair gaps and coated the wooden floor

Repairing the damaged part of my backyard decking, and then reconditioning the whole area to look smooth. The wider area is roughly 12x4 meters.

1. Install new floor boards in the gaps shown in pics. New floor board will be supplied 2. Fix floor boards near architraves for neater finish 3. Install laminate trim where required
