We have floating floors which are glued on to solid wooden floors. The job is to carefully chisel or cut out about 16 boards and reinstate new boards on top, glueing and nailing them. Over time, the surface of these boards has become damaged by traffic and water which is why we want to have about 10 of these boards replaced. The boards are very firmly glued down to the underlying solid timber floors. Getting them out is not easy and requires both a fair bit of force as well as very careful work in order to not damage the surrounding boards. Please let us know your experience with this sort of work. Any questions please ask. A site inspection in Kensington would be a good idea. The 3-4 floorboards (hard wood) by the back door have worn away the coating and require sanding/repair and re-sealing and filling between.

We had to remove a tree that had grown too big for it's original gap through the deck. Now it's been removed, we need to patch the hole.

Repairing the damaged part of my backyard decking, and then reconditioning the whole area to look smooth. The wider area is roughly 12x4 meters.
