A tradie or someone with the skills and knowledge to repair some scratches on a wooden floor in a bedroom

Wood fire heater was removed and I need to repair the floor where it sat. I have the name and colour of flooring as the house has just been done (I purchased this home 3 weeks ago) Ive been told its not a big job as its floating floorboards (??)Just some underlay and a few new boards. Outdoor timber stairs beside the driveway are damaged and partially collapsed. Several steps/boards are broken, loose or no longer properly supported. Looking for someone experienced with decking/carpentry to: Remove the damaged timber/boards Check and repair the supporting frame underneath as required Replace damaged steps/boards Make the stairs stable, level and safe to walk on Remove and dispose of the damaged materials Please see photos for the current condition. Flooring has moved, I have spare flooring boards. Looking for someone who is experienced in flooring and can potentially fix this without ripping up the entire floorboards.

Part of our floor is sagging at the entrance to the house. It’s happened after one of the rooms was renovated. We think the underlying joist etc has either rotted or collapsed. Needs floating floor taken off and underlying floorboard for replacing. This whole floor will be replaced later as part of a larger renovation. So this is a short term fix. Don’t need anything fancy. Can either submit offers for quote or whole job

I need a handyman or carpenter to fix damaged timber subflooring in a hallway and turn a sloped ramp section into a single step. What needs to be done: Pull back carpet to access the floor. Remove and replace the damaged wood underneath. Remove the current ramp transition between the high and low floor sections. Build a solid single step to connect the two floor levels. Lay carpet back down over the new step/floor.

I have a small upstairs timber balcony/deck that has several loose boards and areas of timber rot/deterioration. One section has visible holes, cracking and timber damage (see photos). We had to remove a tree that had grown too big for it's original gap through the deck. Now it's been removed, we need to patch the hole.

When offering please include your availability (date and time), quote for labour (and materials if you can supply suitable laminate).
