Need to fix floorboards that creek everytime we walk on them. They are upstairs floorboards.

Looking for someone experienced with laminate flooring repairs to fix 2 small chipped/damaged areas. The job involves patching/filling the damaged spots and colour matching/finishing them to blend in as closely as possible with the existing floor.

I have 2 small damaged/chipped spots on my timber/laminate flooring caused by impact. I’m looking for someone experienced in timber/laminate floor repairs to professionally repair the damaged areas. I’m looking for an experienced carpenter or flooring specialist to repair squeaky timber flooring on the first floor of an older house in Castle Hill. The job includes inspecting and fixing any loose or moving floorboards to eliminate squeaks. Access underneath the floor is excellent because much of the downstairs ceiling gyprock has already been removed. The underside of the stairs is also accessible. The attached floor plan shows the areas to inspect (all blue areas except the bathrooms). This job is only for repairing the squeaks and movement. Sanding and finishing will be posted as separate jobs.

I need a handyman or carpenter to fix damaged timber subflooring in a hallway and turn a sloped ramp section into a single step. What needs to be done: Pull back carpet to access the floor. Remove and replace the damaged wood underneath. Remove the current ramp transition between the high and low floor sections. Build a solid single step to connect the two floor levels. Lay carpet back down over the new step/floor.

I'm looking for an experienced flooring installer to replace several water-damaged bamboo floorboards in my apartment in Neutral Bay, NSW. The water damage was caused by a leaking fridge and a robotic mop. Both issues have now been resolved. Scope of works: - Remove and replace approximately 2–4 damaged bamboo floorboards. - We have the original matching spare floorboards available, so no flooring materials need to be supplied. - Ensure the replacement boards are installed neatly and blend with the existing floor. Additional works if timing/expertise allows: - Repair architrave around fridge cavity once floorboards are in - Repair minor chips elsewhere in the flooring I've attached photos of: - the damaged floorboards - the spare matching boards I'm looking for someone with experience replacing individual bamboo or engineered timber floorboards, rather than replacing an entire floor. I have a small upstairs timber balcony/deck that has several loose boards and areas of timber rot/deterioration. One section has visible holes, cracking and timber damage (see photos). We had to remove a tree that had grown too big for it's original gap through the deck. Now it's been removed, we need to patch the hole.

When offering please include your availability (date and time), quote for labour (and materials if you can supply suitable laminate). Narrow strip of old tiles on the floor where the cabinets used to be. The area needs to be installed with matching or similar laminate flooring so appliances can be installed on top of it.
