Few of my floorboards are cracked in the middle of the living room, i need someone to fix/replace them. I do have spare floorboards.

Need the laminate flooring patch and make good a small square section in the kitchen. I do have some spare parts that left in the garage, which can be used for fixing. Supply scotia trim 30m, so living room & kitchen all the old trim are removed & replaced with new.

Recently had hybrid SPC flooring laid, and found out that the carpenter did a shoddy job in levelling - they placed ardit over the existing floor, before laying underlay and boards. Need a quote to remove this, lay proper levelling compound, then underlay and boards. See attached works description. I know it's not easy to quote from the below, but an approximate range TBC once inpsected on site would be great, thanks.

I would need roughly 3-4 hybrid floor planks removed and replaced with exist flooring from the original job. The small subfloor in this area needs to be sanded back to create a smoother area and prevent future flooring cracks. The subfloor is plywood. Is this job possible?

Replace 2 rotten laminated floor boards in the corridor outside the bathroom. Add new laminated floor boards where the built-in wardrobe was. Close the gaps between the floor boards in the bedroom. New floor boards need to match the existing.

I have timber floor in my dining area have started to lift and buckle (see photos attached). The house was purchased a couple of months ago, and this has developed recently. Floors and standard MDF skirting supplied. Floors are Cortec https://coretecfloors.com/en-nz/products/the-essentials-1800-series/tasman-oak-50-50-lvpe-950 Area to be installed 14.5 sqm (bedroom) & 9sqm (walk in robe). Single storey house and no stairs. Under floor preparation completed (see picture). Walls are brick.

We have some noisy spots on our second story floor and would like to repair them while we are replacing the carpet. The whole area is 80 SM , including 14 stairs, and there are around 20 squeaky spots.
