I am looking for an experienced flooring handyman or laminate floor repair specialist to repair a burn mark on my laminate flooring caused by a candle. The damaged area is approximately a few centimetres in size and appears to have scorched/melted the top laminate layer.

I need an experienced handyman, carpenter, or deck restoration specialist to repair a circular burn mark on my timber deck (see photo). The damaged area is approximately 40–50 cm in diameter and appears to be surface burn damage from a fire pit or hot object. I’m looking for someone to assess the damage and restore the area so it blends in with the surrounding deck as closely as possible. I think the timber flooring is a few years old, but it looks like there are some scratches around the kitchen from the chair legs. I need someone to fix it.

Protective floor pad moved from couch leg and adhesive from this stuck to the ground. When I went to lift couch to move it, it ripped this piece off in one clean chunk. The irony.

Burning small pitch in the parquet

We are having an outdoor kitchen installed in our alfresco and there is a hole in the floor next to where the gas fitting comes up. Unfortunately, the wheels of the BBQ line up with this hole. The floor is tiled but the sub-floor is wood, and the whole house is on stumps so there is underfloor access (although it is quite tight, about 15-20m crawl space under the house via standard door, see last pic). We need the subfloor frame patched at that location so the BBQ wheel can be stablised. We do not need the tile repaired as the BBQ will cover this.
