House on concrete stumps wooden subfloor and timber flooring - need to fix one small section making clunking/squeaky noise sometimes upon walking

The issue is minor in between the vinyl flooring boards and should be a straightforward repair using a suitable patching method such as heat / wax method. My budget for the repair is $200. Please let me know if you can complete the job within this budget. Eg: hard wax sticks with an electric heat pen or hot melting tool and smoothing the surface etc

I am seeking a qualified vinyl flooring installer to replace the bathroom floor and repair water-damaged subfloor timbers. The bathroom currently has vinyl flooring with a long-standing crack that has allowed water ingress, causing damage to at least one timber near the waste outlet. The house is on stumps, providing access underneath the floor. Scope of Works * Remove and dispose of existing vinyl flooring and all related waste.
 * Remove and reinstall the shower screen after the new flooring is installed.
 * Leave the vanity in place where possible. Removal is only required if necessary to repair damaged timbers beneath it (unlikely and not to be included in the quote).
 * Inspect and repair/replace damaged subfloor timber(s). Based on my inspection and photos, at least one timber requires repair.
 * Supply and install 5mm exterior-grade underlay plywood.
 * Supply and install commercial/industrial-grade vinyl flooring.
 * Cut and fit vinyl neatly around the existing vanity.
 * Install vinyl cove/skirting to match the current layout.
 * Reinstall the shower screen.
 * Ensure the completed installation is fully watertight.
 Measurements * Total floor area: approximately 3.84m² including vinyl cove/skirting rising approximately 120-130mm up the wall. Total wall length for cove/skirting: approximately 4.9m.

 Additional Information Photos are attached showing the damage discovered after I cut away a small section of vinyl near the crack. We have hybrid flooring in at a property but at two places the floor has cracked which seems like the floor underneath the hybrid flooring has deteriorated so I need someone to Just fix those parts of the floor underneath and put the flooring on top as a temporary fix.

I have a laminate floating floor in my apartment where a few boards near the bathroom door have separated, leaving visible gaps. The paint at the base of the door frame is also chipped and peeling. I’m preparing the apartment for sale and want it to look clean and seamless. Hi I had made a previous listing but have realised I didn't provide enough detail. There are 7 boards which will need replacing or have lifted and need to be screwed back into place. I've attached an image of each planks dimensions. If a plank requires replacing please match it as close as you can, but we are not that fussed. I can't include a photo of every plank but it's essentially just a few planks that need screwing in, not looking for someone to come in and say to redo the whole thing.

Hi , I need some 90x19mm Merbau boards replaced at my place in Doreen (around 9- 10 boards total, 2m to 2.7m long). The main broken section needs 5 boards replaced, and there are about 4 to 5 other cracked boards in different spots that need swapping out too. Protective floor pad moved from couch leg and adhesive from this stuck to the ground. When I went to lift couch to move it, it ripped this piece off in one clean chunk. The irony.
