Install Hybrid flooring to a 3m x 0.9 hallway upstairs. We will remove skirting boards prior to you laying the flooring. All old flooring will be removed prior to your arrival. We do not have the tools to cut the hybrid flooring, you would need to supply your own. Previous experience laying hybrid flooring preferred. Please send offers.

Reoil deck using intergrain ultradeck. Size approx 30m2. As you'll see from the photos, the main part of the deck we are looking to get refinished is the bit at either end exposed to the sun. They have gone black due to sap from a tree above so may need sanding first. If we can avoid refinishing the whole deck to save cost happy to do so, but if that will create an obvious discontinuity then understand it might be best to do the whole deck.

Approx 26,60sqm of decking needs to be sanded down and refinished at my place. Divided in 2 different areas (front and back balconies). Easy access, floor level, timber in fair condition, no damage. This is just for 1 average sized bedroom. Summary of the jobs that need to be done: 1. Disassembly (partial) of bed and moved to another room - I will help with this 2. Removal and disposal of carpet and crap underneath, I can also help with this 3. Sanding and refinishing the floorboards and finding the correct stain and varnish to match the floorboards around the rest of the house. I will of course pay for the varnish and any materials needed for this. I also have random orbital sander if this helps. The part that I really need help with is refinishing the floorboards after the carpet is removed, and making sure the new varnish perfectly matches the other floorboards in the house.

Full sand and stain required for our original hard wooden floorboards. We have renovated our house and kitchen floor had vinyl so there’s glue and marks to be removed.
