skirting board in ceiling slipping down in kitchen - need to get quote for fix. only just noticed today - hopefully a quick fix.

Just got new hybrid floor and carpet in a 3 bedroom house. Need someone to source and install skirting boards. Had to cut a bit into the door trims to fix the hybrid floor under so also looking to get that fixed.

I have approx 7x3m room with slate floor that I’d like to cover with the carpet I have already purchased. This is a rental property so I don’t want anything permanent, I just need someone to cut the carpet so that it neatly covers the area so it’s safe for my 1yr old to play.
