There’s roughly 43m² of hybrid flooring to go through the dining, kitchen, family room, hallway and foyer. The hybrid will be laid over the existing tiles. Any loose tiles have already been fixed. We’ll choose, buy and prepay the flooring/materials. We’d also need you to pick them up, so you’ll need a suitable ute/van/trailer. There will be some furniture that needs moving onto the covered patio while the flooring is being done, mainly the dining table/chairs and some other bulky furniture, then moved back afterwards. We’ll remove the smaller items ourselves. Would need the hybrid installed neatly, including transitions to the carpeted rooms and the tiled wet areas. House is easy access and single level. Please only offer if you’ve got experience laying hybrid flooring.

Looking for someone to lay approximately 40sqm of floating vinyl floorboards across our upstairs hallway and master bedroom. All other rooms in the house have already been completed. The floor has been levelled, the existing trims have been removed, and the boards are ready to be laid. We need the job completed Monday 14/09/26, as the trims are being installed Tuesday and the house is scheduled to be painted Wednesday. This is just for 1 average sized bedroom. Summary of the jobs that need to be done: 1. Disassembly (partial) of bed and moved to another room - I will help with this 2. Removal and disposal of carpet and crap underneath, I can also help with this 3. Sanding and refinishing the floorboards and finding the correct stain and varnish to match the floorboards around the rest of the house. I will of course pay for the varnish and any materials needed for this. I also have random orbital sander if this helps. The part that I really need help with is refinishing the floorboards after the carpet is removed, and making sure the new varnish perfectly matches the other floorboards in the house.

Full sand and stain required for our original hard wooden floorboards. We have renovated our house and kitchen floor had vinyl so there’s glue and marks to be removed.
