The concrete has been levelled before but it has started raising again in certain areas. I need the floor levelled, some waterproofing performed and then vinyl planking or similar installed. Not professionally trained, despite his claims.Overwhelmed, confused, complaining. The lounge/dining has 4 joins, one which the pattern runs a different direction, one an obvious large patch. He assured me he was a perfectionist and used to laying Axminster. He became avoidant. His response to me saying that the next "patch" had to be pattern-matched was "That will take me an hour". He has blocked me when I tried to! ask for a part refund.
