Find an experienced flooring expert in Hawthorne

I need an experienced floor installer to prepare subfloor of a Queenslander (timber sub) and install vinyl plank flooring. It’s 100square meter 1 square room! Going to be a Pilates studio. I can supply the vinyl floor planks. Or if you have a connection for the planks let’s talk!!

Due to allergies we are looking to lay laminate over our carpeted bedroom in our current rental. It is a small area (3.2M x 3M). Looking for someone who works in this field and has a small batch leftover that can be used to lay the flooring. Flexible on colour (prefer light over dark) but the laminate needs to be of thick quality so that it will stay flat on the carpeted floor.

Pull up, remove and disposal of carpet and underlay including nailed in strip edging for 2 bedrooms, study and stairs.

Few stains on wool carpet

Our little scooter shop (53m2) used to be a running-shoe shop. It has black and blue carpet tiles on the floor, which is really not suitable for having a collection of bikes on top! We need someone to help us 1. Rip up the carpet tiles 2. Remove the carpet glue (possibly with a floor sander?) 3. Polish concrete underneath This will ideally need to be done all in one day so we can put all the bikes back after we finish. No huge rush, most likely a Sunday in the next month or so would work. - Due date: Flexible

High standard wall and skirting board clean required for 7 rooms and spot clean any noticeable marks eg around light switches and door handles etc. Average room size is 4m x 3m (floorplan measurement) with a ceiling height of 2.7m. 1 hour job to: 1. Put back skirting boards after tiling lounge/dining. All here - just need to nail gun (or glue?) back. 2. Pantry door needs 0.5cm off the bottom so I can put it back on hinges.
