Details: Hybrid floating floorboards (click) Installed in 2021 I have matching spare planks A small area feels soft / springy underfoot Scope of work: Replace damaged boards (cut out or remove from wall (less than 1 meter from damaged plank) Lift the affected section as needed Check and fix underlay in the immediate area Reinstall boards so the floor is solid and level This is a localised repair, not a full floor replacement.
