I want to install HYBRID flooring in my apartment living room + bedroom area. I have also given the exact dimensions of the area in the attachment. Need someone to do the complete job including the flooring and installation and removal of old carpet and disposal. The apartment is on Level 5 with lift access. Parking I can provide inside the building parking premises. Dont want any hidden costs so need somebody to do the complete job. And especially who has experience in doing such work in strata buildings to follow the norms. Price should also include the cost of floating tiles. As per my estimation the area is 34sqm. We have a room and half that need floorboard installation. We will already have the existing carpet removed, all old underlay removed, the floors cleaned, any trimming that needs removing etc . it will be ready to lay. I already have the new underlay, brand new floating floorboards and new trims. We are looking for the most affordable option to have these floorboards installed. in total from my calculations it comes to roughly 35 square meters

We are purchasing laminate flooring from Bunnings to match the existing laminate flooring. We need this installed and some existing flooring replaced or repaired. The total area to be laid is about 72 m2 with 71m if laminate trim.

Floating floor has moved and separated after install, need approx 3-4 large gaps fixed by either re-alignment or gap filler as it's now a tripping hazard. One edging is coming away from plasterboard.needs to be affixed.
