Hi team. Iam after a progressional licensed firm to apply timber floating floor boards to a 3 bedroom unit in west ryde. I have attached the layout and size of the bedrooms in here. We basically want it installed on the bedrooms only. Currently the unit has tiles installed professionally. So we can install the floor boards on top of it. We are after long term hard durability floor boards with warranty if possible. We are not after cheap after market brands. And possible a range of Color’s to choose from. The job will need to be done mid September as the unit will then be free. But inspections are welcome before hand. The price I have placed is just a example. I am ready for offers. The current skirting has tiles which will need to be removed but they are easy I can do it myself. Unless you want to cover the removal in your quote. Approx 10-15 bags worth (you allow for labour and equipment, i allow for the levelling compound) Any remaining bumps or overpours should be removed by grinding, sanding or scraping by yourself and myself with your equipment. I will provide: - self levelling compound product and primer - myself as an assistant - power and water Tasker: The tasker is to bring a large powered mixer equipment (to make the job quicker and consistent finish), buckets, screeding flattening tool / trowel, grinder, any other tools as necessary. On day 2, install titan rigid xxl timber hybrid flooring to above mentioned rooms approx 94m2. I will supply flooring and trims, you supply labour and equipment to complete the works.
