Find an experienced flooring expert in Earlwood

I need a timber skirting board installed in two rooms (approximately 28ms) after having a floating floor put down. I need someone who can come and measure the area and also purchase the skirting and cut to size.

Need timber floor laid on top storey and stairs, see plan below. I'd like cypress to be installed to match the rest of the house but am open to suggestions (hybrid, laminate etc..) See floor plan below, need in WIB, bedroom and studio, about 35 sqm + the stairs

Whole house has had existing concrete polished but due to over aggressive polishing and patches, the kitchen has a sub-par finish.
