Matty has done a wonderful job, he is a great communicator, keeping me informed in the lead up to the job and came out sight unseen. Matty gave me a time to do the job, and finished well within his quoted time. He took extra care with entering and exiting the house, keeping an eye on our indoor cats. Matty cleaned up after himself and removed all rubbish. He was warm and friendly, but with minimal chit chat, keeping focused on getting the job done. At the finish, Matty double checked that I was happy with his work, and encouraged me to call if I have questions or issues.
