Some water dropped from heating to sub floor, the subfloor has been treated, however, carpet has been pulled up and skirting board taken off due to some mould. Need carpet relaid (we have plenty spare) and skirting board replaced… likely a trip to Bunnings required. Not sure on costs, but will pay for any materials so assume budget range is for labour only. I need to patch a melted spot (about 10–12 cm) on the living room carpet using a piece from the closet carpet.

We have 2 small areas where blue shampoo spilt on carpet and have stained the wool, not sure how to fix, but have a spare small roll of the carpet, was thinking could these be cut out in small section and replaced with new squares? It’s not enough to replace the area, but maybe enough to do some sort of replacement?
