The wall to wall carpet in my lounge has become loose in a few spots and needs to be stretched to the sides.

We need someone to 1. patch up a piece of carpet The patch area is 2400x 600 we have the extra carpet to cover that area. 2. Stretch some other small areas of carpet in 3 bedrooms as it was lifted (as per photo) 3. Secure trim (trim to be provided by us) between the carpet and new floorboard.

The carpet in the corridor and living room needs to be removed and replaced with new laminate flooring. The kitchen currently has tiled flooring; the tiles do not need to be removed, but laminate flooring should be installed over them. The total area is approximately 30 sqm, with the kitchen accounting for around 6 sqm.
