Hi Looking for a craftsman with an eye for detail to fix a sub floor near a stair edge. Our builder did a rough job of not levelling the floor properly near a top step. As a result the carpet is not level and the top of the stair is dangerous. Looking for a sharp carpenter to level off that area of the floor so that the edge of the carpet finishes nice and near at the top of the stair. Past experience essential Job ready to go and I can do any day this week or weekend.

Compulsory end-of-lease carpet steam and flea treatment. It is a small apartment, which is already very clean with no fleas. Carpeted areas include: 2 small rooms, 1 stair case, 1 small hallway connected the rooms. Hi, I'm helping a friend renovate. We would like to paint all of the varnished floors. We would like to rip-up carpet in one room & sand the sub-floor - and then paint (as below). Carpeted room is around 30sqm. Total floors area (including carpeted) is around 160sqm and will require two coats of stain-killer primer & two topcoats. We will assist with moving furniture. Thanks!
