In 2-3 small areas on the first floor, I have squeaking floorboards underneath carpet. I believe it's two pieces of plywood rubbing against one another where they meet. I have tried Squeak No More to secure a few screws against the floor joist to no success, so need someone to lift up the carpet, fix it directly, then put the carpet back.

I have an area of carpet that edges onto tiling, which has frayed over time, showing the material beneath the carpet piling. It needs some kind of bridging situation, I believe it's called transition cover trim. I got one from Bunnings and installed it but the carpet just pops it straight up again, so it doesn't work. There are a few minor ripples that need to be corrected. The property will be vacant, so no furniture needs to be moved, making access straightforward. I have a home theatre room, many cables that need to be removed and the electrical boxes taken out of the entertainment unit so I can move them for carpet removal, and then all reconnected once the carpet is replaced

Carpet was pulled up in end of hallway to find plumbing leak. Needs to be properly stuck down again. One side needs a ramp as laundry floor is a bit higher than hallway. Doorway to bathroom did n't have a ramp.
