There will be some furniture that needs moving onto the covered patio while the flooring is being done, mainly the dining table/chairs and some other bulky furniture, then moved back afterwards. We’ll remove the smaller items ourselves. Would need the hybrid installed neatly, including transitions to the carpeted rooms and the tiled wet areas. House is easy access and single level. Please only offer if you’ve got experience laying hybrid flooring.

I want to polish and varnish my current stair treads. Want them to look brighter, similar to oak color. I've taken all out, twelve in total, dimensions of each are: 900 x 235 x 45 There are some nails and staples due to the carpet I removed. Hi, Im wanting to polish a section of concrete in my garage that im turning into a room to be polished. The dimensions are 4.5m x 3.0m. Im based in Currumbin.

New concrete slab 5 days old, need qualified individual to grind and polish. Must have own tools please. Area is 10sqm as seen in photo. Would like it done today or tomorrow before 12pm. Not sure on pricing so quote accordingly please.

Require Mud room and hallway area approx 29sqm . Mudroom approximately 18sqm and hallway approximately 11sqm.Grind and polished concrete . Floor currently has laminate flooring but originally had tiles. All tiles have been removed. Laminate flooring and skirting will be removed and any grouting or patching will be done for you prior to you commencing . If the job is done well there will be other areas to do as well.

Refinish approx 16m2 of timber flooring. Peroxide markings. Only 2m2 have the drip markings I foolishly let 6% peroxide drip on the floor.

Approx 26,60sqm of decking needs to be sanded down and refinished at my place. Divided in 2 different areas (front and back balconies). Easy access, floor level, timber in fair condition, no damage.
