Hi I need a licensed carpenter for the following: - rehang door and re-attach the two small pieces of the skirting board that goes under the architrave. The door needs so be slightly shaved off at the bottom as we retiled the the bathroom and the height has changed slightly. - adjust an internal door as it doesn't open and shut easily. Maybe a hinge adjustment is needed. I have attached photos.
