Standard suburban timber fence needs repairs. 60m in length of which 2/3 is 1.6m high, the remainder is 1.9m high. Palings look in reasonable shape and are fairly straight, top railings are failing, middle railings are some good, some bad, bottom railings are better again. Post are ageing but general ok- at least 2 or 3 would need reinforcing with a metal c-bar.
