It will need look the same to the fence we have on the other side of the building ( from the little side black gate to the front) We are happy to hire someone to paint the fence. We’re wanting to replace the existing fencing around our balcony with aluminium fencing. I have a front boundary fence in randwick to be repaired . This task is to meet to give me a quote to repair it .

I want the brick fence cut partly out so that I have an opening 3 bricks wide to use as access for the medium size yellow and red top bins (you can probably see the bins in the picture attached). Also I want the edges smoothed both so the bins can be wheeled out easily and also the wall edges smooth so it looks neat. Offer must include anything extra you need eg cement render etc. You will also need to remove the lattice before you cut the bricks out and put it back up further along the brick fence so it doubles up a little bit with the other lattice and also put a piece of supportive wood against the neighbours fence.
