A powder coated gate that borders a pool needs to be repaired to ensure it is barrier compliant. Specifically, the gate swing needs to be reversed to swing outwards away from the pool. The gate also requires a self-closing device that will return the gate to the closed position and engage a latching device .

37.4 x 2.7m high side perimeter fence

Build a picket front fence as per the attached plans (slight amendment - we will break the long section into 4 sections, rather than the 3 sections shown on the plans). Total fence length is 13.5m, with picket height set at 1250mm, and the plinth angled to adjust to the fall in ground level in each section. 1 steel frame pedestrian gate and 1 letter box to be included, along with 9 posts including the posts at either end of the fence, and the gate posts. Pickets and posts are to have arched tops, as per the attached examples (paddle pop style). Rails and plinth to be morticed in the middle of the posts as per the attached photo. Posts to be minimum 100mm x 100mm, pickets to be ~80mm wide. Photos of the area where the fence will be installed are shown at the red brick house. Pedestrian gate posts will be installed in the middle of the existing path. Posts to be installed by digging a hole (I will cut through the pavers if needed). The existing yellow paving will be paved over on completion of the fence. We are looking to start ASAP, but equally happy to start later if the right Airtasker is available..

Hi, I have 3 fence extenders that are 2.4metres wide I would like installed on our fence. One of the extenders I would like cut in half to fit the smaller space (as per pic) so you will need a drill and the right equipment to cut the fence extender in half. I’m flexible anytime and would like it done ASAP. Cheers Tash
